The Story
The 100 Moms Project was born from a heartfelt conversation between Jill, a Boudoir Photographer and Relationship Coach and Courtney, an Esthetician at Natura Skin Boutique. As they caught up over coffee, they reflected on a shared truth—too many moms pour endlessly into others while neglecting themselves.
As mothers who work in the self love space, Jill and Courtney, know firsthand that self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. So many moms put themselves last, whether by default or circumstance, without understanding the compounded weight of responsibility, the power of self-investment and the belonging and community it can bring as a byproduct . A mom who feels supported, cared for, and empowered shows up differently in her life. She cultivates a growth mindset, radiates confidence, and elevates those around her. That realization sparked a bigger vision—to create something tangible for the women of Western New York.
The 100 Moms Project is the first step toward that mission. This initiative will help fund To the Roots, a nonprofit dedicated to providing self-care services and luxury experiences to moms who need them most. Because when moms thrive, families and communities do too. Join us in making self-love accessible to every mom.
Why This Project Matters
When we support the mother's in our community, we aren't just supporting her, but every person that woman touches. Her children, her partner, her friends, and coworkers.
When she is supported everyone in her life feels the impact.
Photography in itself is a time stamp. It gives us the ability to mark a moment that you may look back upon with wonder, excitement, and transformation.
This project to photograph 100 women is to give them that experience of being seen for who they are right now- not who they used to be or who they will become but for all that they are right now!
The mission of this project is twofold, give moms a change to give back to themselves with self care and connection while also support future moms do the same for themselves.
And the bonus we also are support our own woman owned business here in Western New York.
When mothers are supported, they are
more likely to be engaged in their communities, volunteer, and contribute to local economies

I don’t believe in overcomplicating things. The same principles that keep a relationship thriving are the ones that will keep your dating life fun, your sex life hot, and your business magnetic.
So here it is—my no-bullshit advice. Four truths that apply everywhere.
Yes, it sounds selfish. And yes—it’s supposed to.
Because when you show up for yourself first—with intention, self-worth, and freedom—you bring your whole embodied self into the room. And people feel that.
Nobody wants to sleep with someone who doesn’t want to be there. Nobody wants to shop in a boutique where the owner looks like she’d rather be anywhere else. Nobody wants to stay in a relationship that feels like a one-sided performance.
Your energy always leads. When you honor yourself first, you create space for everyone else to feel safe, excited, and connected to you.
Receiving is one of the sexiest things you can do.
There is nothing more hypnotic than someone who can open wide—to compliments, to joy, to lessons, to pure pleasure.
Let him tell you how beautiful you are without shying away.
Let your clients rave about your work all over the internet without shrinking or brushing it off.
Let your body pulse with sensation in the middle of the day, lying in those freshly washed sheets without caring what the neighbors think.
Here’s the truth: what you want is already being delivered to you, all the time. But if you never open the damn box— it will just keep getting shelved away.
Your relationship, your business, your sex life will eventually hit a plateau. Things will get boring, repetitive, sluggish.
That’s normal. But here’s the catch: it’s your job to bring it back to life.
Curiosity is the antidote to stagnation. Inspiration is everywhere—in a painting, a song lyric, a random conversation you overhear on the street.
Inject that spark back into your relationship, your work, your body. Taste it. Play with it. Get your mouth on it and lick it all up. The moment you stop being curious is the moment things start to die.
Your heart pounds. Your palms sweat. You’re about to have that life-changing conversation. Or walk on stage in front of hundreds. Or tell someone what you really, really want.
Fear isn’t the enemy. It’s the doorway.
When you walk through it, all the space that fear once occupied becomes available—for joy, for depth, for clarity. Bravery isn’t about not feeling scared. It’s about letting yourself feel it and stepping forward anyway.
In every category of life—relationships, dating, sex, business—you are the primary one.
You make it happen. No one else.
So cut the BS excuses. Stop telling yourself you’ll never be loved. Stop posting sad status updates about how it’s not happening for you.
Baby—it starts with you.
Get bare.
Dance until you cry.
Throw that shitty mindset out with the trash.
Because it’s not serving you, and it’s definitely not serving anyone else—except maybe the floor.
✨ Here’s the magic: when you do it for you, when you learn to receive, when you stay curious, and when you face fear head-on—you create a life that feels delicious in every area.
And that’s the kind of no-bullshit advice I like living by.
