You should do it because you deserve it. Because as women we worry about everyone else first. And we are so far down the list we never get to us. And you deserve to feel gorgeous and empowered and walk away with amazing hot as fu¢k photos of yourself. For you. No one else.

I was in a state of fawning in life. Taking everything off, letting myself be seen, talking about my dreams and desires was not only cathartic, but life-saving. Fast forward to now studying to become a doctor of natural medicine, leaving a marriage, jobs, and people no longer for me, doing intense internal soul searching, becoming more intimate in my connections, with myself, and art, and most recently launching my own skincare and cosmetics line, I know it was in me but that photoshoot was the catalyst for me returning to me. Do not wait. I was not ready. Not financially. Not in fitness. Not even the sleeve that I so cherish on my arm. But my soul knew. It was time.

The first shoot, I was so nervous! I didn't have any idea what to expect. The photos boosted my confidence so much! I loved every second of it. I truly didn't think it would boost me as much as it did. The second shoot speaks for itself. I knew what I was getting into this time, my confidence was still shot, but it boosted it again. I look at these photos often. My body had changed a lot between shoots. It's changed yet again since my last one. The only difference is I've learned to love myself in both versions of me. If you feel like you need to wait until you look a certain way or after you've lost/gained weight, whatever the case is, my advice is just do the damn thing! It'll change you for the better!
