What I See When You Walk In

Most clients enter the studio with a mix of nerves and excitement. I see the way hands fidget, the way eyes search for reassurance. But beneath the surface, I see something else: bravery. It takes incredible courage to show up and say, I’m ready to be seen.

I’ve seen people reclaim their bodies after trauma, embrace sensuality after years of shame, or celebrate milestones like turning 40, 50, or 60 with pride. Every story deepens my understanding of what it means to live embodied.
