This intimate 3-day retreat blends cozy cabin living with boudoir photography, embodiment practices, and intentional community.

Your boudoir session isn’t just about photos. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body, to slow down, and to notice yourself in a way you might not have in years. How you care for yourself in the days leading up to the session isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence, fun, and letting go of expectation.

✨ Hydrate from the Inside Out
Water nourishes your skin, your energy, and your confidence. When you drink a little more than usual, your muscles soften, your skin feels alive, and your body moves with ease. Add a slice of lemon or cucumber for a little flavor and energy.

🌿 Move in Ways That Feel Good
Stretching isn’t about being flexible or achieving perfect form. It’s about noticing your body and letting it wake up. Rolling your shoulders, reaching your arms overhead, or swaying your hips gently can release tension and help you feel fluid and grounded.
Even the smallest movements remind your body that you are alive, energized, and refreshed.

💫 Moisturize and Celebrate Your Skin
Massage lotion or oil into your skin each day. This wont only make your skin glowy and hydrated but also gives you a chance to connect and touch your body. Move slowly over each curve and surface and take notice of the way it looks. Notice how it changes as you start to pay more attention. You can even speak to your skin gently and infuse this practice with a little ritual of adoration and compliment. Try, “I love the way you look” “it’s amazing what this body is capable of” or “how cute is this dimple and wrinkle.”
Notice how your body responds to you, I think you will be surprised.

Sleep well, eat nourishing foods, and give yourself little pockets of quiet. Your body isn’t just a canvas — it’s your home.
